This one's great. It does not sound like Snakefinger nor The Residents, but you are right, if you could compare it to anything, than it would be this. According to discogs it seems that Mr van Patten has also produced Berlin's single Masquerade around the same time which is hard to believe. Thank you for sharing this gem!
