PAUL DeMARINIS has created numerous performance works, sound and computer installations and interactive electronic inventions. Much of his recent work involves speech processed and synthesized by computers. A recent series of installation works, The Edison Effect, uses optics and computers to make new sounds by scanning ancient phonograph records with lasers.

Charming songs with funny lyrics. Would perfectly fit on a Tellus tape issue.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely adore the B-side track. What a unique piece of music.
ReplyDeleteAccording to David Behrman, while Anne Klingensmith sang lead vocals on ARCHETYPAL UNITIZED SEMINAR, it was Terri Hanlon who sang lead on DONNER PARTY. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find any data regarding CANNIBAL COWGIRL.
ReplyDeleteAlso on the record is Fern Friedman. Terri and Fern were part of a trio called "Eva Sisters". I believe Terri was "Eva Type" and Fern was "Eva Tone", but I'm not 100% certain of that.
